Magnificent setting, efficient staff.
Worth its 4 stars. This hotel was convenient base for exploring Bournemouth, really loved it. There is restaurant No. 43 at the premises.
Our room was big, beds lovely and a favourable location.
I like the location and the food is fairly consistent.
However the bar is poorly stocked and very expensive. I dont know if they do that to people off or are being greedy but London prices in a Bournemouth hotel is rather cheeky
All staff were very good, room was great,Breakfast great, Will certainly stop again.
Just wished it had been summer time.
It was a lovely astmosphere and really relaxing. The staff were nice , room very clean and cosy and great food.
Convenient. friendly staff.
Bedrrom was very cold and no auxilary heating.
The location for the Bournemouth International Center was brilliant. We were staying there for our daughter's Graduation. The building is beautiful to look at, and we enjoyed amazing views of the English Channel.
We did feel that the interior of the hotel was extremely dated. The decor looked old. It wasn't tatty. The hotel was clean and tidy, but it was very old fashioned. It felt as if it was stuck in a time warp. The early 1980's. The lighting in the room was very poor. We couldn't read any of our books or magazines. I am in my late 40's and my husband is 52, so we are not elderly, and should be able to read in normal and artificial light.
room on top of music bar when I requested a quite room on upper/top floor
Perfect two night stay. Lovely clean and spacious room on second floor. Breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel would be hard to beat. Plenty of parking was a big bonus. We would highly recommend this hotel.
Very friendly relaxed hotel with a good atmosphere
The room we stayed in was very nice and very clean - only drawback was the bed which was most uncomfortable.
Staff friendly, the hotel was spotlessly clean
It is a very friendly comfortable hotel
very small lift
Lovely place to stay, hotel staff were very attentive & exceptionally helpful, would highly recommend this hotel, 3 star but felt more than 4star
being on top floor, room a bit pokey
the choice of larger and the price of the drinks on offer, you can get the selection of bitter and larger a lot cheeper in london.
